Payment: We accept all major credit cards as well as organizational, certified, or company checks provided they are received no more than fifteen days prior to the training date. Registrants wishing to pay by check for one or multiple attendees should print the training page and mail one completed page for each registrant, noting the registrant’s name, and provide a single check for the total number of participants to: Crime Prevention Center for Training & Services, 12787 Booker T. Washington Hwy, Ste 104/PMB #244 Hardy, VA 24101. Contact us via email to reserve a seat and make payment by invoice after the course. Our refund policy will apply for these registrants as well.
Refund policy: The Crime Prevention Center does not refund registration fees for in-person course cancellations by the registrant within five days of the start of a scheduled course. Class registration cancelled by registrants within fifteen days from the start of the in-person course will incur a ten percent accounting fee. Cancellations fifteen or more days from the start of a course will be fully refunded. Online courses will not be refunded once the course has started. Any cancellations made by the Crime Prevention Center due to lack of registrants, weather conditions, or emergencies will be fully refunded, if already paid. In the event of such cancellations by the Crime Prevention Center, the registrant will be notified via e-mail at least five days prior to the scheduled course. The refunds offered for any cause will only be for the registration cost and at no time will exceed the registration cost.
